No! We are a private event caterer, serving unlimited espresso drinks at your next event! We do not offer a cash bar option.

Not too much! We're masters of bringing our coffee catering on the road and cleaning up after ourselves without a trace.

All we really need is:

• A 5x5-foot space for each coffee cart rental so that our baristas have room to work

• One dedicated circuit of power for each of our mobile coffee carts

• A wheelchair-accessible location (since our carts get around on wheels)

• A point of contact at the event to show our baristas where to set up

Our mobile espresso bars have everything else covered.

Our coffee carts arrive fully stocked with:

• Freshly roasted coffee beans

• Dairy and alternative milks (oat, almond, etc.)

• Flavor syrups for custom drinks

• Professional baristas who handle everything from setup to cleanup

We believe in full price transparency—your quote includes unlimited drinks for your guests (during event time), travel, setup, and breakdown. Add-ons like custom branding are optional and clearly priced.

Yes! Howdy Coffee loves rolling our mobile espresso bar to both indoor and outdoor events.

For outdoor service, we’ll need:

• A covering or awning for shade/weather protection.

• To be within 30 feet of an outlet, or have access to a gas or electric generator

• If temperatures drop below 40°F, a propane heater per barista and a semi-enclosed service space.

Please note that in cases of extreme cold, wind, or heavy rain, service may need to move indoors or be rescheduled.

Howdy Coffee proudly serves events across Portland, Vancouver, Beaverton, Salem, Hood River, and more cities in Oregon and Washington. Any event 1 hour or more outside of Portland will incur a travel fee.

Of course! With our custom coffee bar set up, we match the vibe by putting your logo on the cart, cups, and even printing your logo on the lattes themselves!
